Howkins research centers on the neurobiology of peak performance — essentially what happens in the brain and body when humans are performing at their very best — with particular attention paid to the state of consciousness known as flow.

He and his team at the Flow Research Collective train individuals and organizations in peak performance across more than 130 countries, working with clients ranging from companies like Meta, Audi, Accenture, and Bain Capital, to institutions such as the United States Air Force and the San Francisco Police Department, as well as individuals including Navy SEALs, professional athletes, CEOs, and members of the general public.

Discover & Develop

Design & Create

Build & Launch

Refine & Improve

Share & Inspire

Every design begins with a vision a concept, a sketch, or a path worth creating.

Every project grows with intention a plan, a purpose, or a detail worth refining.

Every launch starts with momentum a step, a push, or a goal worth achieving.

Every improvement starts with insight a test, a change, or a challenge worth solving.

Every idea lives through connection a story, a voice, or a dream worth sharing.
